Session Recap Key Moments & Timestamps
Welcome & Why Option Pit Is Different
Mark Sebastian opens the summit and lays out what sets Option Pit apart: every analyst is a former floor trader, every trade idea is one they're making themselves.
Day 1 Agenda & Meet Licia Leslie
The session agenda is set — 75-day volume data, live trade examples, and a Day 2 preview. Mark introduces Licia J. Leslie: 17 years of floor experience, market maker for 12 of them, and one of the only people alive who is both an ex-market maker and a master chartist.
The 0DTE Origin Story
How Option Pit went from trading SPX weeklies to being ready on Day 1 when equity 0DTE launched January 26th, 2026. Licia had a plan before the options were even listed.
The Volume Data: How Fast This Is Growing
On launch day, equity 0DTE printed 61.2 million contracts. In just 75 days, that number climbed 10 million more — a 16% increase. Mark walks through the raw numbers side by side.
Stock-by-Stock: TSLA, MSFT & META Volume Growth
Tesla volume up 155%. Microsoft up 156%. Meta not far behind. All of this on a Monday — normally one of the slower trading days of the week.
Real Trade: NVIDIA +100% Overnight
Licia walks through one of their earliest trades. NVIDIA calls bought late in the day at $1.90. Next morning the stock gapped up 1.6% and the position was sold at $3.80 — a clean double.
Real Trade: IGV +155% Overnight
The chart was signaling more downside. They bought puts at $0.63. The stock gapped lower at the open and they exited at $1.61. Licia explains how the 5-minute chart told them exactly when to get out.
Live Chart Review: AAPL, AMZN, AVGO, IBIT & More
Licia pulls up all nine names live and walks through each chart — what she sees, what levels matter, and which setups are worth watching. Apple breaking out, Amazon pulling back to support, AVGO showing a potential evening star reversal, Bitcoin bull-flagging near resistance.
Q&A: The Greeks — Why ATM Options Move Fastest
Mark and Licia field audience questions on delta and gamma. Why at-the-money options are the weapon of choice for 0DTE — they have the highest delta and the largest gamma, meaning they move faster and amplify more with each dollar the stock moves.
Day 2 Preview & Live Project M&S Session
Tomorrow: the full SPX expansion timeline, why Mag 7 0DTE is about to get much bigger, and a live trade idea. Attendees are also invited to join a live Project M&S session at 2:30pm ET — a rare look inside the paid service.

Welcome to Day 2 & Behind-the-Curtain Preview
Mark opens Day 2, recaps Day 1's highlights, and teases today's special bonus: a rare live look inside the paid Project M&S service.
Why Option Pit Trades Their Own Money
Mark and Licia make the case for skin-in-the-game. Every trade alert is one they're personally in — if they're making money for themselves, members benefit too.
The History of 0DTE: From SPX to Equities
Mark traces the timeline from CBOE listing SPX 0DTE options in 2022 to today. SPX now trades 6.28 million contracts a day — 50% in zero DTE — representing roughly $2.2 trillion in notional value in a single session.
How Project M&S Was Born
A one-month SPX 0DTE pilot turned into a full service. The guiding framework: consistently profitable, repeatable, and teachable — what they now call the CRT rule.
The Cash Zone: From $650 to $50
An at-the-money SPX 0DTE option costs $650. The Cash Zone method structures trades around the most likely settlement range, dropping cost to as low as $50. One example trade returned 278%.
Overnights: The Equity Advantage
Buy late using Licia's chart signals, sell the next morning on the gap. Equities move more overnight than SPX, creating bigger returns. Key rule: unlike SPX, equity options must be closed before expiration or you'll wake up holding 100 shares per contract.
Project M&S Goes Live: Market Overview
Licia takes over with her screen. S&P futures are in a strong bull trend, pausing at channel resistance — she calls it a bull flag. QQQ and IWM holding support. VIX pulling back. Gold pulling back from resistance, silver flagging higher, crude showing a dragonfly doji at support. Bitcoin has decoupled from equities and lost momentum.
Live Chart Review: The Nine 0DTE Names
Licia runs every name. Apple, Amazon, Google holding support in the bull trend. Meta stuck in a range. AVGO showing a potential high-wave doji — bearish if confirmed. Microsoft has a hanging man at resistance — no trade yet. NVIDIA sitting on support near $238; tomorrow's 200-strike calls at 73 cents could double on a $2 move. Tesla challenging the 50-day with the 200-day just above — no trade.
Beyond the Nine: Intel, RTX, Boeing & Disney
Intel moved $3 on the day — at-the-money calls for tomorrow around $1, potentially doubling. RTX has bearish MACD and RSI but is sitting on support — wait for a break lower. Boeing same story, sitting on $215.72 support. Disney marching higher; Licia's pitchfork targets $106.46 tomorrow, with 104-strike calls at 60 cents.
Audience Q&A: Netflix, NTGR, SOFI & NVTS
Netflix flow is skewed heavily bullish — 800K calls vs. 229K puts — with the straddle pricing in a $7.10 move. NTGR (Netgear) breaking above its 200-day, a potential winner from the China router ban. SOFI up against the median line with a reversal candle — watch carefully. NVTS (Navitas Semiconductor) breaking to new highs on heavy semi-sector momentum.
Wrap-Up & Day 3 Preview
A live trade idea will be sent within 20–35 minutes. Day 3 is set for 2:00 PM Eastern, again rolling into a live 2:30 Project M&S session. Interested in joining? Call 888-872-3301.

Welcome & Yesterday's Trade Results
Mark opens Day 3 and celebrates the Day 2 free trade — members flooded the chat with wins ranging from 100% to 1,100%. Mark credits the chart setup and option cost, not luck.
Days 1 & 2 Recap
Quick recap of the week: equity 0DTE launched January 26th, SPX trades $2.3 trillion in notional value daily, and the overnight equity edge was introduced — buy late, sell the gap.
Free Trade Dissection: IBIT April 17 Calls
Licia walks through the IBIT 42.5 calls bought at 50 cents, targeting $1.00. She breaks down the pitchfork setup on Bitcoin that signaled the trade — the edge was in the chart before any news hit. Target was hit and exceeded.
Licia's Background
Mark spotlights Licia's 17 years on the CBOE floor followed by a career in technical analysis — calling her a rare unicorn who is both a great options trader and a great technical trader.
Why the New SEC Rule Is a Game Changer
A new SEC rule expanding 0DTE equity listings is, per Mark, the biggest development in options since weekly options launched in 2011. More equities, more trading days, more opportunity — and Project M&S is built to capitalize on it.
Project M&S Goes Live: Market Overview
Licia takes over her screen. S&P futures are in a strong bull trend with 7,300 in the cards long-term. QQQ and IWM both bullish. Dollar bouncing off support — potential headwind for metals. Silver targeting 86.5 per the pitchfork. Bitcoin up against resistance — no trade this weekend.
Live Trade Idea: TLT Calls
TLT up nearly 0.8% and trading at $87. Monday 87-strike calls at just 20 cents — double to 40 cents if TLT hits $87.37 pitchfork resistance. Strong risk/reward flagged by both Mark and Licia.
Live Chart Review: The Nine 0DTE Names
Licia runs every name. Apple strong, at-the-money calls around 75 cents. Amazon nearing pitchfork top — possible puts next week. AVGO too stretched, pass. Google breaking out above its pitchfork — 342.5 calls at $2, top idea. Meta cleared the 200-day, targeting $694. Microsoft potential shooting star at resistance — needs more evidence. NVIDIA 202.5 calls at 75 cents for Tuesday, doubles at $203. Tesla pulling back to the 200-day — better options elsewhere.
Wrap-Up & Trade Alert Coming
The official trade goes out between 3:15–3:45 ET to members only. Top candidates: TLT, Google, NVIDIA, and Apple. Members are reminded of the exclusive Zero DTE SPX offer unlocked after joining. Call 888-872-3301 or email [email protected].
